This was commissioned for a wine label, the brief from the client was that he wanted a painting of a tractor on the front of the label. The client was not only a wine maker but more so a passionate farmer, so I knew the painting had to tell a very special story about a life long hard working friendship. He was very happy when he saw the painting of his old friend.

The more I worked with William Chase the more I realised that the story that had to be created by the labels and tags had to be unique and very special one, as his target with everything he does is "Be the best on the planet" with this wine he reached the top 1ß Decanter listing for Rosé wines in the world.
Was a good feeling to have played a small part in that success.

Wine labels are all about trying to tell a story about the contents, I was very lucky to meet up with William Chase in France and he explained that to me. An entrepreneur, self tough marketing genius and just very genuine person, I have learnt a lot from our enjoyable long talks, and together we have created many successful labels.

Was a challenge to paint this commission as it had to be quite accurate and at the same time not to technical. I had to make shaw all the stands, fountains, beer garden, names of streets, etc. Where on the watercolour. It would have been a disaster if I had forgotten someone. But in the end it turned out to be a big success and the customer was happy. I printed out and frame a larger copy that you can see hanging next to my stand.

Since the 14th century the butchers shops on under the Petersbergl been supplying the best quality meat product to the people of Munich. I was commissioned to paint a watercolour as basis for a poster and banner. In the summer there was a street party to celebrate with of course a great barbecue.

Stadlbräu a brewery in Oberhaching near Munich asked me to come watercolours for their beer labels, I really enjoyed this commission and testing the products later, with the owners.
